Nearly Perfect To Me
I’ve been using this app for more than 4 months now, working out 3 times per week. It makes working out a no-brainer. I just follow the instructions and give my best. I love the app. It’s very well designed and instructions are very clear. I recommended it to many friends already.
3 things I wish to be added in the future:
- options for more than 3 cycles in the Custom Workout section. I wish I could extend mines to 4, 5 or 6 cycles without having to restart the all sequences.
- options for custom stretching movements (before and after work out), with a larger variety of movements.
- a more graphical representation in My Performance. I find the journal mode of that section rather useless. I would prefer to see diagrams, stats...
