I downloaded this app because I no longer have time to go to the gym, and I still wanted to do some short, full body workouts. Perfect app for those needs. My only complaint is that there should be a bit more variety.
This is not only simple and easy to follow, but Im 55 and it has developed very appropriate exercises for my level. Bravo.
When working out and listening to Spotify, volume drops and rises. Specifically, when form prompts off but motivational on. Please fix!

Was pretty simple and manageable. I am going to refer this app to my clients . It can be of help for people specially who cannot find time to go out to exercise and need it badly they Can surely pull 10 minutes out of their hectic schedule for sure .

As for me 1min per exercise is too quick. Please add a possibility to set the time per exercise.
This is the best app Ive ever tried and its free!
Its a complete collection of well balanced exercises of different complexity and strength. Even the easiest set, the 7 minute, is quite demanding and requires a minimum of training. The next step, the 8 minute, is not as easy as expected because the recovery time is shorter. I suggest to master very well the 7 before going forward. In my opinion it is the best exercise app around! Period.

An excellent, get the heart rate up, break a sweat and feel a little sore in an hour exercise app. I do it in the kitchen while my kids eat their cereal and cheer me on. The beginner workouts are a great way to break back into a routine. Im at 13 out of 14 days since I did my first and I can definitely feel and see a difference.
Used as a finisher after a weight room workout. The app give great guidance.
Easy to use, especially when I am time crunched.
