Working out is often very intimidating, the need for supplies the feeling that it will never end the worry of doing it under the scrutiny of others. This app takes away almost all of that, seven minutes I can handle that.

These exercises believe it or not take away my aches and pains! I tell myself I cant start the day without this otherwise I will be achy all day and that is a great motivator not to skip. And it is true! Just a few minutes in the morning and I am pain free and much stronger and have better balance.

Does everything it should and nothing it shouldnt. Great workout app. The only weakness is that it doesnt integrate with Apple HealthKit so you dont get your workouts logged in Activity on your phone or Apple Watch.

This is a great app. 7 minutes is just right for me. I like the set of exercises. Ive done better in exercising with this app than ever before. For 30 years I have been trying to exercise regularly and have failed. Finally, this app has helped establish the habit.
