Make old age aches and pains go away!
These exercises believe it or not take away my aches and pains!
I tell myself I cant start the day without this otherwise I will be achy all day and that is a great motivator not to skip. And it is true! Just a few minutes in the morning and I am pain free and much stronger and have better balance.
