Great motivator

This app is a great way to make sure I have no excuses for getting at least some workout in. I am consistently doing a short (7 or 9 min) workout first thing in the morning, and longer challenges At night or on the weekends. Ive noticed a big difference in muscle tone. Good compliment to a light running schedule too!

Better than the others.

This is my second workout app. It is Much better than the others. The exercises are harder and more unique. It is also a harder workout.

Manageable in terms of time and pace. Grows with me as my strength and stamina grows. For a free app, it is very pro in quality and interface.

Are You Kidding Me?!?

This app has SRSLY saved my life! I work as an RN in a hospital at night. In seven minutes (less time than a smoke break) I can get a full body workout and then get right back to my patients without ever leaving the floor! My fellow nurses and CNAs are joining in too and now that theres lots and lots of research showing that interval training is a legitimate method of fitness training - I dont feel guilty that I didnt get that 45 min run after my night shift. Night nurses supposedly die early. Not this nurse. And thanks to this app - I can invite others to live longer too! And its FREE!? I know, right!?

Very good, but...

Ive been using this wonderful app to help limber up and build strength and stamina. There is one thing I would like to see. An alternative for upper body strength to any push up. I cannot put much downward pressure on my wrists without pain. Perhaps some equipment alternative or other could be created as an alternative. Otherwise, great!

Great for busy people

I love this app. I can do it with my baby in my room. Perfect for travel. Im getting great results, especially in my arms and shoulders.

Love the 7 minute workout

I started the 7 min workout in 2014. At first I could not finish some of the workouts. But I stayed with it and now can finish all and the more difficult ones. (Im 66 years old but you young uns could probably finish them all in the first try) I love this workout. My body is more defined, tighter and it gives me energy for the rest of the day. Try it. It works.

One of the best apps I ever used!

Excellent smart workouts that keep you motivated and keep pushing you simultaneously. Very well thought out and I continue to be impressed with how the smart workout seems to always tune the workout to the appropriate level of difficulty. There must have been a deep level of testing and analytics to come with the algorithm. Bravo JNJ for putting out such an excellent for free nonetheless!

Great app for all levels

Video instruction per move, warm up, cool down, escalating workouts based on feedback. Really the easiest way Ive found to get going and stay going. Great work.

Makes exercise easy

7 minutes, thats all you need. I like being able to mark some exercises as liked or disliked so it can customize a workout for me. Love it!
