Keeps me healthy

I travel a lot, and not a big exercise fan. However, this app keeps it simple and fun. I highly recommend this for novice and aging people as a way to stay healthy!

Very good

I am 67. The exercises are just hard enough for me. Good workout for all major muscles. Time is right for busy people and frequent travelers. Would like to see a biceps routine.

Fantastic

Easily the best I have found. Amazing variety and great instructions. Only gripes are that theres way too much emphasis on push ups and they dont have any way for you to work up to them (they start at full push up and just get harder from there); the warm ups and cool downs could use more variety too.

This app is a hundred percent free. It has several workout plans for all parts of the body with three levels of difficulty, all accompanied by audio and video instructions using which you will never loose the right pace and style of workouts. And here is the most groundbreaking feature of the app: Smart Workout. This feature organizes a set of workout for all parts of the body using the data you are providing for the app, including your feedback to each workout, and your data in the Health app. You will soon understand the Smart Workout provides you with the most appropriate set of activities you can imagine. Every workout starts and end with warm up and cool down exercises optionally. The app never grows very large, it creates a very restricted amount of Document & Data. The updates have been, at least until now, bug free.

This is a great app for people of all fitness levels. Love the variety of exercises and workouts.

Time is short enough, mix of exercises keeps it interesting, and challenging. I mix it up with running days. Great app!

Surprisingly good

I thought that this was going to be some cheesy app that wasnt going to be effective. Not so. Sweating like crazy! Would love to see this app sync up with MyFitnessPal.

Got me moving again

52 year old and not exercising. Saw this on FB and tried the original 7 min for 2 weeks and was hooked. Im on my 31st workout and going. Update Jan2016. Just passed my 150th workout. Im addicted to the changes Im seeing and even more, feeling in my body. My back doesnt hurt like it used to! Ive been telling everyone who comments on my changes why and the 7 Minute Workout gets top billing. My goal is to pass 250 workouts this year. Thats 5 a week and Im fairly confident Ill make it. Thank you Johnson & Johnson and bottlerocket! Update May 2016 Im still out it. Im up to 220 workouts and going Im down to my high school weight and Im 53 and counting, come on you can do it!

Great exercises!

This app is a must have. Way more to offer than other 7 min apps. Lots of exercise programs FOR FREE ( others make you pay ). Custom workouts based on your level and likes. Love it! Perfect for when Im on travel and dont want the same boring treadmill or elliptical.

Perfect for my needs

Great variety of exercises and the ability to adjust to your present condition. Only minor frustration is the ability to eliminate a specific exercise from future workouts doesnt work for me. Overall excellent app.

7 Minute workout

Very good short workout. Even with the warmup and cool down, the workout takes less than 15 minutes. Every muscle group is worked and stretched.

Works amazingly well!

I get compliments on my "Michelle Obama" arms about once a week now :-) I tell them the truth - I got them from this app!

Almost perfect

This app is awesome and has everything you need in terms of the library of exercises and tailoring the workouts to your level. That being said it has areas of improvement: 1) Needs a way to sync your workout history across devices. 2) Needs an Apple TV 4 app. 3) Airplay support could be improved greatly. 4) Buggy on older iPad 2 when playing music, it can quit losing your workout dats (not playing music works fine it seems).

Couldnt ask for more in a workout

In and out, I work hard, and I get better results. Best of all: I always look forward to the next workout. I work everything with compound movements. My core is getting stronger. Im working out muscles I hadnt touched ever before.

This is the best workout app ever Ive been using a lot of 7 min workouts this is the official and the BEST one!!!

Make the Time

If you cant find 10 min. a day, there is a issue. Giving your self a gift. Make 10 min., then work up from there. I have tried many work apps, and keep coming back to "Seven Minute Workout" Ive logged over 150 Seven Minute Workouts, and intend to log 500+ more!

A perfect motivator for getting fit

I run and cycle but what I realized I needed was core and strength workouts. This app is great! Its simple enough and creates a unique routine each day by mixing up the exercises to cater to my needs. It motivates me to do one each day. I started noticing results within two weeks and Im feeling better and better about my overall fitness.
