Got my heart rate up, definitely worth taking time for and its free!!

Just What I Needed!!

My Dr. recommended this to me. I am 40 and very busy being a wife, a mom, and rescuing animals. I have no time for the gym, or even working out at home with the typical workout machine or videos. I DO, however have 7 min!!! I just started today and I feel like I might be sore tomorrow!!!! (I guess I am really out of shape) Its really amazing what 7 min can do. Im very excited to see what comes of this! Im not out to lose 20 lbs. I just want to feel better in my clothes and have more energy. ☺️

Really good app!

This app is so good because of the variety and ability to customize to some degree. My main complaint is using your own background music function isnt that good. The music volume remains low for a while after the voice prompt. Its a good app. But to get in shape, ya gotta use it. Give it a try!

Only downside is that there are not a wider variety of pre-made workouts. But that is fine since you can make your own.

Great workout and app.

Love the workouts and being able to do multiple sets. I am still working up to four sets, three is tough. Smart workout is good as well but I like the original better as a cool down after lifting before stretching. Apple Watch integration is ok, would be nice if it could vibrate when the exercise ends so you dont have to keep looking at a screen. The other features are nice too but not necessary for me, such as motivation and suggestions. But Im motivated already. Probably great for starters and the annual January crowds. Keep up the good work.

Great app for someone who travels

This is a great app for someone who travels, or just wants to grab a quick workout instead of that afternoon coffee for a pick me up.

Best workout app

I love this workout app - it has variety, it is easy to use and does not keep pushing annoying adds or sales promotions on the user. Also, I find that as I learn more of the positions it becomes easier to get a good workout (as opposed to staring at the figure man to understand what "Hindu push-up" means). Ive used it at the gym with equipping and at home, both ways the app delivered.

As a mildly fit gal in my 20s who dislikes the gym, this app is absolutely perfect! It sounds cliche, but it has revolutionized my fitness. The first time I tried it, I was surprised to find myself sweating after a single 7 minute cycle! Doing 3 cycles makes me feel like I spent an hour at the gym. This app will make you work! Ill certainly not be deleting it anytime soon.

Easy and convenient but the exercises do challenge you.

Great workouts for home

This app provides a full menu of workouts that require no additional equipment. They range from easy to very hard. The instructions and UX are very clean. Great for home or hotels when you dont have a lot of time but want to break a sweat (and feel like you did something).

Ive used the app 333 times. As you can see, a helpful feature is keeping records for you. Ive tried three others and this is my favorite. I credit the app with improving my mood, maintaining my weight and better sleep.

Very good workout in short time

I have used this app often over the past year. I am amazed how much I sweat with just a short workout, and how easily it fits into my schedule when I get home from work.
