Great app; needs only one improvement

This is a great fitness app. The Smart Workout lets you set the right fitness and intensity level for you and mixes it up to keep your workout from being monotonous. The only improvement I would make is to provide a second chance to like/dislike each exercise AFTER you finish your workout. You dont want to take time away from your exercise to tap the icon, so it would help if you could go back and rate each one after the workout is done.

Best 7min app Ive tried!

Has all the features Id want: visual demo of the exercises, audio including tips for good form and an alert when/if you need to switch sides, options for warm-up and cool-down...

Fast & Efficient

Easy to follow.

Almost Perfect

Ive been using the app for more than a year for my primary exercise routine. Its a great partner, provides sufficient alternative routines and allows you to make custom routines. Examples of different exercises are well-done and enable you to clearly see the moves. My only criticism is that the customization is limited to only certain default choices for duration of exercise and rest periods (though probably for good reasons).

Best exercise app

Excellent exercise app. Workout library is great, as is ability to create customized workouts. No gym, no weights, yet full workouts.

Whether youre able to do a beginner 7-minutes or advanced workout, it offers many variations and degrees of difficulty.

Great pick me up when short on time

When I dont have time for a full work out this is perfect to get my heart pumping.

Back up plan

Ive used the app when I dont have time for the gym. But Ive also incorporate several of the exercises into my gym workout! Love the whole thing.

Great app!

Love this app! You can tailor your workout to fit your fitness level and the time you have available to workout. I was even able to create a custom workout for the days I am in the office and dont have as much room to move around. I have a desk job so I plan on incorporating these workouts into my workday so I can burn more calories throughout the day. I highly recommend this app!!!

Does seem to matter which one of these workouts I do, theyre hard! Always hard! Will definitely share with clients.

Lives up to the hype

I have only just started this (on my 7th workout) but I can feel and see the difference. I have no excuse not to do seven minutes, but those seven minutes give me a good challenge. I look forward to improving to the point where I can go up beyond beginner.

A good start to getting off the couch

Superior P90 substitute

Found about this app from an article in mens fitness. The guy profiled said this was the one to get but its hard to find in the App Store. But I found it and have been using it for the past two months and I find that same sense of a great workout I get from my various p90x CDs. Of course I am doing the hard level (3 rounds), and every work out has induced a heavy sweat. There are 2 draw backs. At the hard level their is only 5 second to get to the next exercise and that 5 seconds starts the moment he starts talking about what to do next. Thus you really only have a couple seconds to move to the next exercise. On the hard transitions I usually bite into the next session. I wish they would allow an option to have a bigger time break. The second thing I dont like is that all the exercises I gave a thumps down to still appears in my smart workouts. Why give me he option to give a thumps up or down if there is nothing to be done about it???

Good short mild workout to get the blood flowing.

I really enjoy this

Ive had the app for some time but finally decided to try it. Even with the warm up and cool down I was done in <12mins. The workout stretches you and really works your core. Probably too easy for someone advanced, but for people who need to get started somewhere, I highly recommend.

Favorite exercise app

After reading about the 7 minute workout I thought I would give it a try. The app is great. If you just want the quick 7 minute workout that has been written up in various media outlets, thisll get er done. I love doing this right out of bed, as it allows me to feel I have gotten the day off to a good productive start. If you want more, wait, theres more. The Smart workout section allows for a more intense and and customizable workout. While I like these and they kick my 58 year old butt, it is here that I deducted my 1 star. Some of the plyometric moves are too much for my tired old knees, so I gave them the thumbs down. Dang it if they dont keep reappearing in my workouts. If the the thumbs down means nothing, why have it. Also, I wish I could find a way to give myself a few more seconds rest in the smart workouts. Whew, they are tough. But the 7 minute workout itself is worth the download for sure. All this for free? Winning!
