Ive never actually rated an app before.. But this particular one compelled me to do it. The workouts are killer (the ones other than standard 7 min). I had been looking for something like this for quiet a while and am absolutely thrilled to have it. Happy workouts to all :).

I enjoy the workouts much more than some aerobics classes. It is convenient, easy to use, the demonstrations are easy to follow and the instructor gives enough energy to be motivating without being annoying.

I told them I was a beginner! They must have gone easy on me with that entry level routine, but I was gasping and wheezing when they finally ran out of exercises for me to try. I guess this is how I am supposed to feel at the end of a set. The program is certainly full of great info and I appreciate the detailed instructional videos. Hope I survive getting fit...
Wow I am very happy with this app. Lately I havent been able to go to the gym every day and this app is perfect for those days where Im unable to go to the gym.
