Found it for the 7 minute workout, kept using it for the Smart Workout

The Smart Workout automatically does 2 cycles that last about 18 minutes, about 20 minutes with warm up. It rotates different exercises through over time & keeps things at a good fitness level for me. Great app if you want to use the 7 Minute Workout or longer variants as a regular part of your workout routine. I use them so I can always squeeze in a workout, no matter what the weather or my schedule issues.

Great App

No excuses workout app. Great for traveling and at home. All levels with short to intermediate session times. Most routines require no equipment and no gym membership needed. So stop with the excuses and get busy!

Great Workout Coach

This a fabulous app! A friend sent me the NY times article about the 7-minute workout and then I found the app. I get my own music and prompts if I need then, but I can mute then if I want to. I am getting to be a much stronger swimmer due to this app. One suggestion- a reminder feature that tells you its been "x" days since your last workout. Maybe it has this-I havent looked around too much.

Nearly Perfect To Me

I’ve been using this app for more than 4 months now, working out 3 times per week. It makes working out a no-brainer. I just follow the instructions and give my best. I love the app. It’s very well designed and instructions are very clear. I recommended it to many friends already. 3 things I wish to be added in the future: - options for more than 3 cycles in the Custom Workout section. I wish I could extend mines to 4, 5 or 6 cycles without having to restart the all sequences. - options for custom stretching movements (before and after work out), with a larger variety of movements. - a more graphical representation in My Performance. I find the journal mode of that section rather useless. I would prefer to see diagrams, stats...

Great app to train yourself when you dont have much time !

Great but..

Great app with plenty of exercise including warm up and cool down. Maybe cool down could change depending of the exercises you made. To bad the app doesnt remember when the last time you had exercise to adapt the smart workout (ie : easier if you didnt train for a while) Another improvement would be to be able to change the amount of cycles manually depending of the time we can spend exercising

Pedagogic and diversified. Would be nice to have the possibility to adjust for "Smart Workout" number of cycles and duration of breaks between exercises.

Excellent App!

I have been using this app for 3 months now and the results are really good. Variety of exercises, recognition of your fitness level with recommendations to change the sequence, connection to social media if you like, frequent exercise updates and more. All you need is a chair and little space. With 15 min duration - you can take longer sequences - it is hard to make an excuse to yourself not to do it every day. Enjoy.
