I really like it
Its a complete collection of well balanced exercises of different complexity and strength. Even the easiest set, the 7 minute, is quite demanding and requires a minimum of training. The next step, the 8 minute, is not as easy as expected because the recovery time is shorter. I suggest to master very well the 7 before going forward. In my opinion it is the best exercise app around! Period.
